Unreals, a lot of them inhabit the land, even far out of the fortress. Prado was born in a house within the fortress, so he was a special boy. Later in life he made friends with a lot of broadcasters the real room people, of the fortress. They were the ones whom he started calling FCs. This fortress and the real ones inside it were a lot like CIA agency people of the West. So we have a huge number of Unreals outside the fortress, a good number of people in a big glass city of Mumbai, constituting the fortress of real people, and Prado with his FCs inside it. All of this set in a dystopian world ofcourse.
