Kind of reminds me of the movie Blade Runner, and another popular game called Half Life. This place is filled with perils, bad cops, governments trying to run you down, women who want to eat you up, or definitely set you up for a showdown, that you couldn’t be ready for. A nightmare of a place. Everyone wants you here, no politics just shoot em up. So you hide, you run, you fall prey to traps or prostitute lovers, get hayed, wronged, messed up. Joe just survives the hell using his keycard, which allows him to navigate endless plains worlds and countries, even space. It is action adventure sabotage. Back to back adventure where an attempt is made at you all the time. Russia is just an elusive guy whom you see as an arrogant pursuer who turns out to be a somebody from dystopia. India, China, middle East, Asia, Africa, Brazil all dystopian entities, and they only keep turning out to be something else, or the West for IN.

EU is a woman, that just kills men, while staying elusive in several orthogonal forms. West is someone who want to destroy the world, and turns out to be Russian. India is someone who turns out to be Ukraine for IN wanting him ambushed, then killed socially.
