The connection or bridge between Weyland Yutami and UAC is doom 3. Where the doom slayer is not born of argent, but is from earth. Ripley later takes up the mantel of agent 47, doom marine, doom 3, then Shaw and Daniels. So the final fight takes place in Alien Isolation, with Ripley as the victim of loge. She must end them.
